These are some thoughts that I have had

Books on socialism should really be for The People. for the Proletarian masses. for the powerless worker. But they're really hard to read and make your brain hurt.

Never trust a rich socialist

Never trust a rich capitalist even more.

Beware the claim after: "I know for a fact..."

People use chemicals to stop insects pooing on your apples. How many chemicals/infectious agents/toxins in insect poo?
Oh... you don't know do you?
Oh... and they also dribble, and wee and copulate.
And apparently organic stuff is better for you.

a bit of imagery

Apparently humans are born with eyes that are the same size as when they are grown ups.

Get into it - not out of it.

The best thing about tea party's is that you don't necessarily need any trousers.

but I am wearing trousers here.

So seriously I need some help finishing this thing. any ideas? all you artifarti people out there...
and some random photographics...

This doesn't at all fit here but I can't NOT make some sort of political statment. This is a nice one from the last pope. The one that didn't look like an evildooer.

Pakiston, like Palmerston really.

oh but DrSteef is going to Pakistan in November. once there was a big earthquake and it wasn't very funny. some people died and some animals died. A nice group of humans decided that wasn't very fair and they could try to make some other humans existance less shit. Then later they asked DrSteef if he could fly over and help out. DrSteef always says yes to these humans. So in Novermber he will look at some animals and attempt to find ways of making them better, stronger, faster, musclier, fecundier, virileier (sorry if you "lay" people don't speak jargon) etc. And hopefully can find ways of getting the locals more able to carry on some good jargons too. And then hopefully they can buy more Playstation II's. Or at least a few vegetables everyday.

This raises an interesting dilemma which I find interesting but you may choose to click on another thing now. How does one justify such expense, fossil fuel eradication (the airoplane), time, etc etc. How does one calculate the gains and the losses?

A journal article I recently read discussed how short term "missions" can get you high, make you full of wickedcoollovedupvibes. For a while. Then you're back to normal. The hosts usually need heaps of time to prepare for the visit, and heaps of time to recover. Language is a bitch. Cultural mistakes are offensive. Diarrhea is obligatory.

And what if the money spend was just donated to the people on the ground getting it on. heaps more value there than spent on Thai airlines.

hmmmm.

The thing DrSteef has always tried to look for is one human asking another human for help.

I think thats a nice thing. and it seems that the Pakistani vets are a bit busy with flash government jobs and like to treat the richies like the ones with all the money. So they asked me. and I said yes.

hope thats ok.

Is blog really bourgeois? An arguement with myself.

Moot (or some such wanky term):
The blogger is one with "spare time"

Argument one: The whole concept of blogging is limited to the rich. It is limited to those lucky enough to have more than they require. The hand-to-mouth masses are excluded from world wide self-display and this exacerbates the abyss separating rich and poor. The poor have always had trouble in being seen and heard and blogging is an illustration and symptom of this. Even in the West the division presents itself with those bottom-of-the-heap proletarians underrepresented in blogging - and democracy.

Argument two: All cultures, in all countries have spare time. There must be time for stories to be passed down generations. There must be time for sitting/smoking/resting/drinking/festivaling. Very few people genuinely have no spare time.
It is what one chooses to do with spare time that varies between class. By implying that blogging is somehow more valuable than sitting and talking shows the direction of ones bias. Blogging shows the isolation and inferiority of the bourgeois (and other Richy's).
